Lowlands PressLOWLANDSPRESS
TERMS

Ground rules for this site.

These terms govern the use of lowlandspress.com. The site is a shop window: nothing is sold or delivered here. When you buy a book, that contract is with the store you buy from, under that store's terms.

1. The publisher

Lowlands Press, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 52231895, based in Klundert, reachable at info@lowlandspress.com.

2. Copyright

The texts, titles, covers and images on this site are protected by copyright. Quoting them for a review, a news item or a book discussion is fine, with attribution and in the extent that purpose requires. Any other use needs written permission in advance.

3. Text and data mining

Use of the books published by Lowlands Press, in any form, for training language models or other artificial intelligence systems is expressly reserved under Article 15o of the Dutch Copyright Act and Article 4(3) of EU Directive 2019/790. The content of this website may be read and quoted by search engines and assistants that direct readers to the books.

4. Accuracy

Prices, publication dates and availability are set by the stores and differ per country and per language. We do our best to keep the references here correct, but no rights can be derived from the information on this site. What the store's own page says prevails.

5. Third-party links

This site links to external stores. Lowlands Press has no control over those sites and is not responsible for their content, their terms or their availability.

6. Liability

Lowlands Press is not liable for damage arising from the use of this website or from its temporary unavailability, except in cases of intent or conscious recklessness.

7. Complaints about a book

A damaged copy, a wrong delivery or a refund is a matter for the store you bought it from. If it concerns the content, for instance an error in the text or a missing chapter, we would like to hear about it directly.

8. Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms.

9. Changes

These terms may be amended. The version shown on this page at the time of your visit is the one that applies.

Version 1 November 2026.
